Fades & Blades is a barbershop companion application that provides:
- Appointment booking with barbershops and salons
- An online marketplace for grooming products
- Order tracking and appointment management

User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account information

- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- All activities that occur under your account

Appointment Booking
Booking Process
When booking appointments through our Service:
- Appointments are subject to barber availability
- Confirmation does not guarantee the appointment until confirmed by the barbershop
- You must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in fees as determined by the barbershop
- Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
- Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
Product Purchases
Orders and Payment
When purchasing products through our Service:
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Payment must be completed at the time of order
- We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods
- Orders are subject to product availability
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
- Your account and data may be deleted
- Outstanding appointments will be honored subject to barbershop policies
- Pending orders will be fulfilled or refunded as appropriate
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State in which our company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
